Yes! These two bottles, our Tune Up and our Motor Oil Stabilizer (new batch), will do more than anything we know of to reduce or virtually fully repair piston blowby in gasoline and diesel engines when caused by piston ring carbon sludge and/or high mileage. That is the primary cause of blowby--oil sludge or even hard carbon on the oil control ring, or the compression rings, causing them to seize.
The Tune Up, used in the crankcase oil first, will dissolve the carbon and sludge. With your new oil change, use the Oil Stabilizer viscosity improver, which is considerably thicker than standard oil weights. Much of it will remain on your cylnder walls, reducing friction and emissions, and increasing compression and power.
